Solid Wood Belt Core
(Heat Treated and ISPM-15 Certified for international shipments)
We specialize in HT Certified Cores for belting. We supply both light duty and heavy duty belt cores – each built with solid wood construction. That means no compressed wood particles. No chipping. No fracturing. No swelling. These cores also weigh considerably less than comparable cores being utilized in the industry (freight cost reduction), without having to sacrifice durability & longevity.
Franke’s Wood Products has been supplying conveyor belt packaging products to the conveyor belt industry (manufacturers and distributors) for over 50 years. We are a complete, full service supplier and our products include:
- Heavy duty and light duty wood belt cores
- Protective perimeter wraps (with or without artwork/printing) for belting

Heavy Duty Belt Core
- Standard sizes range from 10″ through 18″ diameters
- Standard bar hole sizes ranging from 3 1/4″ through 6 1/4”
- Custom dimensions available if deviation needed
- Designed for heavier rolls of belting
Light Duty Belt Core
Available in the following specifications:
- 5-1/2” Diameter and 2-1/4” bar hole
- 6-1/2″ Diameter and 3-1/4″ bar hole
- Lengths of 6” to 96” available
Optional Paper Tube Sleeve to accommodate a thinner belt
