For interested candidates for production roles, the following skills are considered during the evaluation, and ultimate placement:

· Tape measure fluency and accuracy

· Experience operating various saws

· Experience operating a nail gun

· Oversight experience managing the operation of automated/large machinery

· Forklift experience/certification

· CDL or comparable experience driving large vehicles w/trailers

· Operations/Production Supervisory experience

TIER 1

Proficient

TIER 1

· Lead the building process; build complex products according to blueprints; build complex jigs · Production supervisory roles are the next progression from this designation

TIER 2

Semi - Proficient

TIER 2

Build product according to blueprints; build basic jigs · Prior experience in manufacturing or building (such as construction roles)

TIER 3

Novice

TIER 3

· Work closely with a “Lead Builder” to accomplish the goals on your daily build sheet · Minimal or no experience in manufacturing, but has the desired mind set for success at Franke’s
