Cumulatively, Franke’s leadership has hundreds of years of customized packaging expertise. Franke’s is now a 4th generation family business, as I joined the team in 2023 after nearly a decade working within the Fortune 500 technology sector. During my time at Adobe and Oracle, I was specifically aligned to support global manufacturers across a variety of digital transformation priorities, leveraging my education in operations management and six sigma methodology. Aside from carrying forward our family business into the next generation; I work daily in the cross sector of business development, customer service, and packaging engineering to deliver a seamless experience for our customers. Our company has found our niche by being able to tailor customized packaging solutions, at scale, while leveraging our expertise to help streamline our customer’s operations. Given the specificity of our products and services to so many individualized customer operations, we are able to continually learn from a multitude of operations and in turn provide best practice guidance to all of our customers. Ultimately, our team’s goal is to help our customers avoid costly operational disruptions, intermodal product damage, and design customized packaging solutions in the sweet spot between functionality and cost efficiency.
